HOW DO YOUR TOOLS GET TO US?
You personally bring your tools to us during the specified opening hours and personally pick them up again.
Monday - Thursday: 6.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.; Friday: 6.00 a.m. - 2.30 p.m.
You use our pick-up and return service.
Contact us and our field service will pick up the tools from you and bring them back to you ground. Our field service is on the road every day in Thuringia, Upper Franconia and certainly in your area.
You send the tools to us by package service.
After completion, the return shipping will be done by UPS. You pay the shipping to us, we pay the shipping to you. From a net order value of 100,-€ the shipping back and forth is free of charge for you.
